We are looking for a talented and motivated full-stack engineer, with a strong focus on backend, to join our Web3 team. As a full-stack engineer, you will be primarily responsible for designing, implementing and delivering best-in-class Web3 products. You will also need to support the development of internal services admin tools for site operations. You will work side-by-side with product managers, designers, and other engineers and appreciate the details that make a user experience memorable, and demonstrate enthusiasm for new technologies.

The successful candidates must have a proven experience and track record of developing and managing web / app products and be proficient in both backend and frontend programming to consistently deliver high quality applications on time and in scope. You need to understand the Internet and Web3 trend, with good communication and problem-solving skills, and with strong interest in blockchain, crypto, NFT and Web3 space.

This position is a full-time and fully remote position.

Responsibilities

Work closely with product managers, designers, in-house and external developers to build high performance and scalable Web3 products.
Full stack development, including robust architectural system and code structure design, design review, code review, etc.
Provide technical advice on project specifications, documentation, scope, schedule, cost, quality and measure of success.
Hands-on development according to business requirements.
Effectively communicate with internal and external development teams to optimize development processes.
Improve frontend and backend performance, carry out experiments and tests to help the team make data-informed decisions.
Management of documentation of all code and functionalities implemented.
Enthusiastic with new technologies and look for constant improvement of both technical performance and user experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
1-2 years’ experience and track record of developing and managing web / app products. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
Expertise in modern web technologies, such as Nodes.js, Golang, Python, TypeScript, Vue.js, React.js, Mobx, Redux, etc.
Knowledge in RDBMS, NoSQL (Cassandra), Message Queue, Caching (Memcached, Redis) and Cloud Computing (AWS, Google Cloud).
Knowledge in modern MVC/MVVM framework and API design is a must.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to work independently at a super fast-paced environment, with strong self-discipline and a sense of ownership.
