Product Designer, Web3

Remote

We are looking for an exceptional and highly motivated Product Designer to join our team at Memeland. As a Product designer, you will be responsible for building intuitive and engaging web3 products for reaching the mass and involved in every aspect of the product design process, from researching and brainstorming, to pixel-perfect design for production. You will be expected to utilize your full range of product design skills to work closely with our product team and engineers to innovate, create and build our web3 applications. In this role, you will be expected to keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and emerging best practices in the web3 space.

This position is a full-time and fully remote role based in the UK time zone.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product research for new initiatives or major features.

• Create intuitive and high-quality product designs from product flows, user journeys, concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to pixel-perfect final assets and implementation specifications.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, other designers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product design and experiences.

• Produce design solutions based on users’ need. Present and communicate design direction, decisions, and rationale to stakeholders.

• Contribute to help maintain the design system, identify new product improvements and opportunities.

• Assist in creating marketing assets for a variety of digital and physical mediums

• Identify and troubleshoot design issues, while looking for continuous improvements through experiments. 

• Maintain the consistency and quality of design standards and guidelines of all Memeland products.

• Familiar with web3-user thinking and stay on top of upcoming trends and figure out the user behavior and user journey for our target users.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in related disciplines.

• 3+ years of UX and UI design experience and have experience designing for large customer-facing products, both Web and Mobile Apps.

• Straight to the point, have good logical thinking, analyzing, and problem-solving skills.

• Pay attention to details, mastery of your craft: visual design, interaction design, prototyping.

• Proficiency in design and prototype development tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe, etc.

• Strong communication skills to share and present your approach and suggestions.

• Understanding of design system, best practices, and guidelines across iOS, Android and Web.

• Strong self-motivation to start and run the work individually and with the teams.

• Ability to adapt to a fast moving web3 environment.

• Good team player with a strong sense of product, design, UX and technology trends.

• Experience in the web3 industry would be advantageous.

• Fluency in spoken and written English is required.

• Only candidates with a portfolio of digital product design projects/works will be considered.
