Account Manager / Senior Account Manager (Account Servicing)

Hong Kong - Remote

The candidate will be a key player in the Account Service team to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. He/she will support the global sales team to build strategic advertising campaigns and achieve business goals. This role is based remotely in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Identify clients’ needs and provide professional consultation and tactical solutions.

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients and agencies.

• Day-to-day management of campaign budgets and timelines.

• Work closely with peers alongside with global sales team to deliver high-quality campaigns from ideation to completion, including but not limited to proposal creation and execution, inventory forecasting, media trafficking, and ad ops follow-up.

• Work closely with the creative team to develop campaign ideas.

• Coordinate with various internal and external parties to implement the best class of advertising campaigns as a team.

• Contribute to new business acquisitions with innovative proposals and pitches.

• Ensure clients’ expectations are met and exceeded.

• Undertake administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing Account Servicing role in digital media platforms /media agencies. Regional experiences preferred.

• Knowledgeable of the latest digital advertising trends and fast-paced social media scene.

• Hands-on experience and proven track records in account management.

• Strong grasp of Keynote, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Strong project management skills, deadline-driven.

• Decision-making oriented and ability to meet goals in changing environment.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Detailed-minded and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.

• Excellent in English.
