As the Market Executive in Arizona, you will own our relationship with our Care Partner and will assist in making our Commercial and Medicare Advantage offerings in Arizona successful. You will deeply collaborate with the Executive Team at Bright Health, and will have extensive interactions with our Care Partner’s Executive Team and Physician Leadership. You will function as an executive sponsor and strategic account manager for Bright Health’s Care Partner in AZ. Furthermore, you will be our face and our leader in the Arizona market. As such, you will have significant interaction with external and internal stakeholders. While we will leave it to you to develop our Provider Engagement and Performance strategy with support from Bright Health, we anticipate that your work will impact provider NPS and clinical effectiveness by ensuring we have an effective approach to supporting the development and implementation of Care Partner/Bright Health quality and coding programs, member attribution, and advancing Care Partner primary care delivery models.


10 years of experience in healthcare, ideally inside provider and payer settings
Experience with Provider Engagement and Performance strategies, including defining, implementing, and operating a provider engagement model
Deep understanding of network strategy, including network development, contracting, provider relations, and local operations
Ideally has familiarity with Commercial and Medicare products; strong preference for Medicare
Well versed in designing and measuring market performance against the appropriate plan performance metrics


Strong collaboration skills to effectively work with the sales team in executing on high revenue and membership targets, as well as partnering closely with Health Optimization and Bright Experience Team to design and implement programs to maintain positive relationships between the health plan, physicians, hospitals, and practice managers
Leadership skills that extend cross-functionally, spanning operations, clinical, provider relations and sales that contribute to driving an exceptional experience for members and for clinicians
You are results oriented, capable of clearly translating strategic objectives into implementable processes that drive outcomes
