We’re looking for a seasoned Recruiter to join our growing family. As a member of a world-class recruiting team, your mission is to find the very best and most interesting candidates who possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for excellence, and a desire to provide omotenashi in all that they do. You will be responsible for recruiting world-class technical talent and guiding candidates through our unique and challenging hiring process - connecting them with what makes Button so very special.
AS A TECHNICAL RECRUITER YOU WILL:
Serve as a cultural ambassador of Button both internally & externally
Own and manage the entire candidate experience
Partner with and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams and managers
Lead creative & innovative recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding initiatives
Contribute to, uphold, and continuously improve internal recruiting best practices & processes
Prepare interview teams and hiring managers for interviews and effectively share information across the team
Effectively hire candidates into roles in which they will be most effective and successful
Track and report on key recruiting metrics
Lead and contribute to innovative recruiting programs and special projects
WE LOOK FOR TEAMMATES WHO HAVE:
3-5 years of recruiting for highly competitive roles within the technology industry
Experience closing senior level candidates and negotiating complex, equity driven compensation packages
A desire to make every candidate experience magical and better than the last
Admirable critical and creative thinking skills - you’re solution-oriented at heart
Appreciation for creating, sticking to, and upholding recruiting processes & best practices
The ability to consistently deliver excellence and significant impact in the midst of competing priorities

Proven ability to build relationships and trust with senior leadership and executives

Jennah Ziolo, Recruiter, Jennah is a member of the recruiting team here a Button, focused on sourcing, hiring and retaining some of the world's most incredible and impressive talent. She loves running, puppies, running after puppies and watching Friends reruns.
Michael Jaconi, Co-Founder and CEO, Mike Jaconi is the co-founder and CEO of Button. Previously, he was the CEO of Rakuten Loyalty. He helped lead Rakuten’s investments in the U.S with a focus on mobile, commerce and technology. He also loves smoothies and fishing in Sag Harbor!
Chris Maddern, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer, Chris is Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Button. Prior to Button, Chris led mobile engineering at popular social payments network Venmo & has founded several mobile products startups.. some of which were successful. In his spare time, Chris is an avid foodie and wine-lover. When not eating or drinking he will always be found tinkering with some new project.
Mikey Wakerly, CTO, Mikey is Button’s Hawaiian shirt enthusiast and Chief Technology Officer. Founder of Kegbot, a former Googler, and San Francisco transplant, he loves mountain biking, karaoke and logic games.
