The Bright Health Optimization Team is an integral component of Bright’s success as it defines and ensures outstanding clinical care for our members. The Clinical Operations Analyst will be accountable to build and implement an oversight structure for all clinical delegated entities inclusive of both medical management vendors and care partners. This position will work with team members to establish KPI’s, design program dashboards and coordinate the population of these forms with the vendor or Care Partners. This position will also coordinate with other teams to assist in the management of Bright’s Clinical vendors.
YOU CAN ANTICIPATE THAT YOU WILL:
Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to define and document core program objectives, required outcomes and key performance indicators
Partner in the development of vendor oversight reporting capabilities and related governance strategy
Build, document and maintain business process documentation for Bright's Population Health programs
As required, provide project management and establish workplans for the implementation of clinical initiatives
Participate in corporate oversight processes for Bright's Clinical initiatives, including those delegated to care partners or corporate led vendors
Build reporting capabilities to monitor clinical program performance
Manage workplans and prioritize resources to meet key deliverables
Present routine updates on your work within Population Health Management or other departmental status meetings
An individual with at least 3 years of career experience, ideally with a health plan or related field. You are an active learner to help design and implement new business processes. You take a creative approach to audience-facing reporting and documentation, establishing templates for use by others as needed. When applicable data points or information is not available, you demonstrate curiosity and ability to gather all available information to devise next steps to proceed with confidence. You have experience in working with Excel and related functionality to incorporate datasets that are usable by others - with a simple interface. You are methodical, detailed oriented and have an operational mindset to help solution complex business processes and document them for on-going use. You thrive in collaborative environments but capable of working independently when required.
