This job is for a Training Manager who will
Provide training on WorkFusion’s products and platform to partners and customers
Conduct trainings both in-person and via web/video conference
Create and distribute training tools for independent study such as training aids, handbooks, multimedia visual aids, and e-learning
Assist in needs assessment evaluations with internal & external clients
Work with management, supervisors and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies
Update and revise programs as new product features are launched
Improve existing programs and processes by reviewing specifications, evaluating proposed changes, recommending changes and making modifications
Establish a good working relationship with internal departments, customers, and partners
Minimum of 5 years prior experience in a Technical Training role
Excellent English writing and conversational skills
Well-trained voice, literate speech, representative appearance
Ability to work independently in a geographically distributed team
Technical aptitude and ability to quickly pick up new technology
Understanding of business and functional/technical requirements gathering, and business process modeling
Effective technical writing skills, and exceptional problem solving skills
Comfortable communication with all levels of management and employees
Strong analytical, and critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
BS/MS degree in business, information systems, or a related discipline with emphasis on business and/or computer technology
