Position
WorkFusion is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Minsk team. You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales operations model, including CRM Management, Reporting, and Project Management to drive company revenue. We are looking for a detail oriented individual who is organized, efficient, and tech savvy.

Responsibilities
Work with internal stakeholders to identify, represent, and communicate key business metrics
Create and manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, custom objects, object relationships, fields, and layouts
Contribute to cross-functional projects to address strategic business issues involving CRM
Analyze sales KPIs and statistics to identify areas of improvement
Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
Establish and maintain data quality through daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies

Qualifications
2+ years of previous experience in sales, marketing or related fields in IT sphere
Proven experience using Salesforce or similar CRM system
Advanced user in creating complex reports: BI, Excel experience
Must possess excellent organizational, planning and presentation skills
Strict requirement for strong written and conversation English language skills
