What we’re looking for:

Are you interested in sharing your iOS experience with our Tech team in a growing e-commerce company? Because Hollar is looking for a detailed oriented Senior iOS Engineer who is a team player but also has strong initiative to take a project and run with it. This is a fast paced start-up that is working to continue to improve the mobile shopping experience to retain and attract iOS customers. To do this we need an innovative problem-solver. What you’ll do:
Advance the mobile shopping experience for our iOS customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
Fix bugs and improve application performance
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

What you’ll need:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
3+ years building iOS apps in Objective-C
2+ years building iOS apps in Swift
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Experience shipping at least one iOS Shopping App (preferably with high adoption and currently available in The App Store)
Experience writing and utilizing unit tests to build maintainable and flexible code
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
