Working as an Account Manager, you’ll get to work with star performers within the mobile app industry every single day and at the same time be able to grow your knowledge massively through these interactions. How will you be doing this?

Work with sales team to achieve the annual, quarterly and monthly upsell sales targets while ensuring that all accounts receivables are collected on time.
Build, maintain and grow effective business relationships with existing key customers.
Identify customer needs and expectations and forecast its changes over time.
Identify and drive new sales opportunities on key customers.
Develop and manage good relationship with Customer C-Level decision makers.
Plan and attend regular update meetings, work with CSM team to deliver products value to key users.
Becoming better at what you do every day!

What will you bring to the team?

3+ years working experience in account management or sales in Japan Internet , mobile industry, or advertising industry.
A thorough understanding of the app ecosystem is highly desired.
Must have excellent verbal & written communication, presentation, and value-selling skills.
Organized and detail person, with strong project management skills.
Strong relationship building and management skills.
Highly self-motivated and goal-driven (quota-driven).
Fluent English, Native Japanese.
