How will you be doing this?

Handle complex calendars and schedule internal and external meetings while anticipating conflicts and solving scheduling issues
Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
Project management support/collaboration for ops/facilities related needs
Juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
Work cooperatively/collaborate with other EAs and admins as needed - special projects and daily needs
Coordinate/manage headquarters facilities related work
Prepare expense reports
Document best practices
Support the execution of internal events through coordination and or support
May be requested to work overtime and weekends and be reachable by phone and email after hours.
Back up to front office
Ad hoc requests from other departments

What will you bring to the team?

3-5 years experience supporting an executive and or on an admin team in a coordinator role requiring the ability to think fast, problem solve in a timely manner and with minimal direction
Strong project management skills with a high level of initiative and judgment
Ability to communicate effectively in writing
Strong interpersonal skills and can work well with different personalities in a global organization
Organized/efficient and conscientious
Expertise Google Apps/Drive (Gmail, Docs & Sheets, GCal)
Quickly and gracefully manage shifting priorities and ambiguity
Ability to understand and help manage the executive’s business priorities
Ability to anticipate needs before being asked and to see when others need help and to pitch in
Flexibility to match executive’s schedule when needed
Experience in fast paced tech startup environment
