The Inside Sales Representative Intern will work across the Inside Sales team to update our large pool of existing sales leads in various vertical markets within the US. We are looking for candidates that are looking to step into their career in sales with a company that will be invested in their personal development. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to be coached and understand how to implement feedback. You are also a self- starter, and proactive in helping the Inside Sales Team achieve their revenue targets. This role reports to the Director of Inside Sales in San Francisco.
How will you be doing this?
Update existing contacts in CRM to improve leads follow up (through marketing activities or ISR outreach)
Ensure clean and crisp input of the marketing leads in CRM
Liaise with ISR Director and ISR team to define best workflow practices
Understand top-of-funnel/lead flow and sales processes to help formalizing them for the Americas territory
Support writing insights content for prospects to drive interest and generate new leads
