We are looking for an exceptional Senior Brand Strategist to provide our top prospects and clients with strategic guidance on their content marketing. This position will work closely with our sales team and customer success team, presenting at sales meetings with senior level marketers, running Content Marketing workshops and training sessions, and developing monthly and quarterly progress reports for clients. The Senior Brand Strategist will help our customers navigate their toughest issues, providing guidance and advice at all stages of their content marketing journey, on topics ranging from editorial strategy and distribution, to analytics and measurement.
Support sales team, putting together strategic recommendations for prospects, presenting at meetings with senior level marketers, and running any pre-sale strategy work
Lead customized sessions/workshops with prospects and clients in order to teach them content marketing best practices
Manage the strategy of some of NewsCred’s top accounts, working closely with the account lead and editorial strategist to advise on the program
Make strategic recommendations to our clients on how to improve their content marketing programs
Prepare client business reviews, presentations and meeting materials
Produce thought leadership content (blog posts, webinars)
Effectively lead multiple projects at once while maintaining deadlines
Collaborate with our senior Customer Development Managers to ensure holistic client success
Collaborate with product team, sales and engineering to continuously improve NewsCred product, processes and customer experience
Collaborate with rest of Client Services team to deliver exceptional client service
4-6 years experience in a similar role, working with Fortune 500 companies
Deep understanding of content marketing best practices
Excellent presentation skills
Experience successfully leading meetings with senior-level marketers/executives
Ability to think both strategically and creatively
An energetic, positive, infectious attitude with a deep love for customers
Self-starter with excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills (this is critical)
Desire to join a fun, fast-paced group and comfortable in business and social situations
