Senior Territory Sales Executive

Qualia is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and experienced Senior Territory Sales Executive to join our team in Los Angeles. This role will be responsible for revenue generation and growth over a portfolio of products; intent data, cross screen graphing, and managed campaign services targeting both agencies and brands. Southwest region with a focus on southern California and including AZ and Nevada.

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with a proven record of success in cross-platform digital media sales (both managed service and programmatic) and a desire to win. He/she must be results-driven, have strong analytical & communication skills and be committed to creating new business opportunities.


Meet and exceed sales goals by generating revenue from existing Qualia clients as well as new business
Develop and cultivate deep relationships with top agency and client executives
Strategize with Planning and Account Management teams to maximize revenue potential
Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries
Strong understanding of programmatic selling environment
Experience selling enterprise software sales to brands/publishers/CMO buyers
Expand Qualia’s footprint within key accounts by cross selling and up selling product portfolio.
Provide feedback to the company on how to best service clients’ needs.

5+ years Digital Media sales or major agency/brand experience
Deep understanding of regional market with strong client, agency and industry relationships
Proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships
Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
Desire to work at a fast growing, established start-up company
Knowledge of online advertising, audience targeting and optimization strategies including mobile and display media
Understanding of ad technology and the ability to explain in ordinary terms
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year university or college is preferred
Ability to work in satellite location
