Parade’s focus is on rewriting the underwear story to make underwear more accessible, inclusive and fun. We launched in October 2019 and since then have grown rapidly. Parade has been honored by Awards and publications such as but not limited to, Webby awards, InStyle, Nylon, Teen Vogue, Refinery29 and Forbes.

In 2023, Parade joined forces with its now parent company, Ariela & Associates (AAi), a privately held global manufacturer of intimate apparel both in the branded and private label space. Over the past 30 years, AAi has become a leader in creating fashionable products and providing excellent customer service to both wholesale clients and retail consumers.

JOB SUMMARY

Take Parade’s incredible influencer program to the next level, while embodying our values of inclusion and sustainability. You will own the monthly spending budget and close said budget by creating partnerships with influencers at scale. The ideal candidate has expert-level skills in operating direct-response, performance-focused influencer campaigns, has experience working with creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and has an eye for spotting fast-growing talent to partner and build relationships.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Responsible for closing monthly spend targets while maintaining target ROAS goals
  • Manage your own timeline + 2 direct reports, overseeing daily operations of the channel
  • Identify creator and channel strategy, working with Sr Associate to identify key niches, and channels to scale + test into
  • Update influencer impact model regularly to forecast creator performance across key sales and customer acquisition metrics
  • Develop campaign strategy across evergreen campaigns, and launches
  • Own and update briefs to reflect influencer SOW
  • Manage influencers for special launches + product moments + gifting
  • Manage negotiations with talent, closing deals promptly, and executing contracts
  • Review content + give feedback to creators
  • Partner with x-functional teams to supply influencer-generated content via paid and organic usages (i.e., whitelisting, and organic social/web to support broader customer acquisition goals)
  • Provide a best-in-class experience for our influencers/content creators, garner feedback for their experience working with us and our products, and apply these to help us build a world-class influencer marketing program
  • Report on weekly channel+creator performance, coming up with ideas to optimize revenue and implementing those ideas
  • Support broader team and identify key areas of opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Submit creative briefs to the design team as needed
  • Continue to build out our influencer programming further to drive impact
  • Seek and utilize in-depth product knowledge to help consumers find value in Parade products and become loyal customers
  • Identify and share key trends across social, cultural, and platforms to leverage within the influencer team and external teams

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional non-internship influencer marketing experience
  • Efficiency in creating paid influencer partnerships to drive growth ie: conversions, and direct site traffic via affiliate links and promo codes while measuring ROI, CAC, and other performance metrics
  • Proven track record of negotiating contracts and partnerships with micro to macro-influencers
  • Demonstrated knowledge of emerging talent and platforms, with an extensive network of direct talent and agents
  • Be consistently engaged with social media/digital trends, and innovations in the space, while taking the initiative to execute tests
  • Prior experience collaborating with paid, digital, and social teams to maximize the performance of influencer content
  • Extensive prior experience working with growth marketing metrics
  • Experience in a performance-driven environment, and a proven track record of using data to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Exceptional analytical skills, and understanding of correlation vs. causation:
  • Skilled in Excel, Google Analytics, Looker, and experience in filtering, structuring, and presenting data to analyze influencer cohorts
  • Prior experience working with influencer platforms ie: GRIN, CreatorIQ, and e-commerce platforms ie: Shopify
  • Must possess excellent and persuasive communication skills
  • Must be highly organized and have excellent time management and problem-solving skills, while remaining flexible and open to new ways of working
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and are willing to work autonomously, handling multiple initiatives while simultaneously prioritizing accordingly to contribute to growth plans
